Simone obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester and continued his legal education by completing a Master of Laws program through Osgoode Hall Law School. Before attending the University of Leicester, Simone received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in history, from Queen’s University.

Simone was called to the bar in September of 2020 and completed his articles at a boutique law firm in Toronto, which specialized in real estate, corporate and immigration law. Simone joined RQ Partners LLP in June of 2021.

Looking to build upon his upbringing in a real estate environment, Simone looks forward to continuing to build upon his practice in real estate law, with a balance between residential and commercial real estate.

As an avid reader and a huge sports fan, you can find Simone reading in his spare time, while also trying to stay positive about his Toronto Maple Leafs.

Domenic Rotundo, a founding partner of RQ Partners, LLP., obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia Law School in 1991. Prior to his admission to law school, Domenic obtained a Commerce and Finance B.Comm. degree from the University of Toronto.

Since his call to the Bar of Ontario in 1993, Domenic has practiced real estate and corporate/commercial law. Having been previously involved in a fast-paced and growing real estate practice, Domenic has experience representing companies and individuals in all facets of the selling, purchasing, leasing and financing of various types of properties. Currently, he acts for several builders and developers in their land development, municipal law and sales requirements.

Domenic has also represented major financial institutions in their real estate and other lending activities and has been involved in various types of financing transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.

On top of his professional ventures, Domenic plays an active role in community affairs and offers his assistance to local churches and community events. He is also a proud member of the Ontario Bar Association, FAMCO, The Toronto Construction Association, The Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario and the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization. Committed to ongoing education, Domenic regularly attends Continuing Legal Education programs, seminars and lectures.

John Quaglietta, a founding partner of RQ Partners, LLP., obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and served his articles of clerkship with a Vaughan-based law firm.

John was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1995. Since then he has practiced in the areas of corporate/commercial, real estate and estates law. He has represented many clients in the sales and purchases of businesses, and the incorporation and organization of new corporations, corporate reorganizations such as section 85 rollovers, section 86 share exchanges, estate freezes and butterfly reorganizations. He is also active in the preparation of shareholder agreements, partnerships, joint ventures, licensing, franchising and distribution agreements, employment contracts and leasing. John has represented lenders and borrowers in a variety of business financing transactions. Lastly, John’s practice includes estate planning, estate administration, and the preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

In addition to his role at RQ Partners, LLP., John is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association of Ontario and the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization. He has also participated in various community organizations to date and presently serves as treasurer of a social club that hosts a number of cultural events throughout the year. In 2007, John was named Honorary Chair of the Hospice Vaughan Gala Event. John is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and regularly attends Continuing Legal Education courses, seminars, and workshops enabling him to fully utilize recent developments in the law for the benefit of his clients.
